If You Need To Cancel

A deposit of $100 is required for all reservations. Cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance to receive a refund. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.

If There Is Bad Weather

All trips are weather permitting and will be up to the Guide’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. In the case of bad weather or water conditions, we’ll try to work with you to reschedule. If we are unable to, then you’ll be refunded in full. River conditions are especially unpredictable in the spring with flooding. We’ll be in contact with you before the trip if we need to change locations or dates.
